By creating a ClipsCycle account or using ClipsCycle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
ClipsCycle lets you upload video/image content, organize it, and schedule or automate posting it to Instagram account(s) you own or are authorized to manage, using Instagram's official API. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to post it and any rights needed to connect the Instagram account(s) you use.
ClipsCycle is provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. Posting to Instagram depends on Instagram's own API being available and your access token remaining valid — we are not responsible for posts that fail because of an outage, policy change, or restriction on Instagram/Meta's side.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used for spam or abusive automation, or that Instagram/Meta requires us to act on. You may stop using ClipsCycle and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipsCycle and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost content, lost posts, or Instagram account restrictions resulting from use of the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
