Reelia Terms of Service

By creating a Reelia account or using Reelia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Who provides Reelia

Reelia is operated by AURAX L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (licence no. 2425746), with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: contact@reelia.co. These terms are an agreement between you and AURAX L.L.C-FZ.

What Reelia does

Reelia lets you upload video/image content, organize it, and schedule or automate posting it to Instagram account(s) you own or are authorized to manage, using Instagram's official API. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to post it and any rights needed to connect the Instagram account(s) you use.

Your responsibilities

• You must only connect Instagram accounts you own or have explicit authorization to manage.
• You're responsible for complying with Instagram/Meta's own Platform Terms and Community Guidelines for anything Reelia posts on your behalf.
• You won't use Reelia to post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates Instagram's policies.
• When you use a template or a viral as a reference, Reelia reuses its structure, not its content: do not upload or publish other people's videos, music or text without their permission.
• You're responsible for keeping your Reelia login credentials confidential.

Plans, trial and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars; if you are in the EU, the final price with your country's VAT is shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• A free trial, when offered, needs a card; we remind you before the first charge and you can cancel before it.
• If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. If you ask us to start the service straight away, you pay for what was used before you withdrew. How to withdraw, and a model form: Right of withdrawal.

How the contract is made, and complaints

• You subscribe online: choose a plan, create your account and pay through Stripe. Before paying you see the total price and can correct any data.
• The contract is concluded in English or Spanish. We keep it and send you a confirmation by email with these terms.
• For any complaint write to contact@reelia.co; we reply within 30 days. As a consumer you can also go to your local consumer authority or the courts of your place of residence.

Service availability

Reelia is provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. Posting to Instagram depends on Instagram's own API being available and your access token remaining valid — we are not responsible for posts that fail because of an outage, policy change, or restriction on Instagram/Meta's side.

Account suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used for spam or abusive automation, or that Instagram/Meta requires us to act on. You may stop using Reelia and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelia and AURAX L.L.C-FZ are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost content, lost posts, or Instagram account restrictions resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we tell you by email before the change applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you live as a consumer.

Instagram, Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; TikTok of ByteDance Ltd.; YouTube of Google LLC. Reelia is an independent product, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.
