ClipsCycle Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

ClipsCycle ("ClipsCycle", "we", "us") is a tool that helps you schedule and automatically post video/image content to Instagram accounts you connect. This policy explains what data ClipsCycle collects, why, and how you can remove it.

Who is responsible for your data

ClipsCycle is currently operated by an individual developer (Nicolai Langfeldt, based in Norway) rather than a registered company. You can reach the person responsible for this data at notoriousnicco.team@gmail.com with any privacy question or request.

What we collect

We do not collect payment card details directly (if/when ClipsCycle offers paid plans, billing is handled by a third-party payment processor, which has its own privacy policy).

How we use it

Data is used only to operate ClipsCycle: authenticating you, publishing your content to the Instagram account(s) you've explicitly connected, showing you your own library/queue/history, and keeping your posting schedule running. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content or Instagram data to train any AI model.

Who can see it

Your data is visible only to your own ClipsCycle account. We use the following subprocessors to run the service: Cloudflare (R2 object storage for your media files) and Render (application hosting and the PostgreSQL database). Your content is also, necessarily, sent to Instagram/Meta's own API in order to publish it — that transfer is subject to Meta's own privacy terms once your content reaches their platform.

How long we keep it, and disconnecting vs. deleting

Disconnecting an Instagram account inside ClipsCycle is reversible: it stops ClipsCycle from posting to that account, but your library, settings, and posting history for it are kept so that reconnecting the same Instagram account restores everything exactly as it was. Data is only permanently erased if you request account deletion (see below) or if you reconnect and then explicitly ask us to erase a disconnected account's data.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can request a full, permanent deletion of your ClipsCycle account and all associated data (Instagram connection info, uploaded content, library, settings, queue, and post history) at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for how. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you also have rights under GDPR (access, correction, portability, objection) — contact us at notoriousnicco.team@gmail.com to exercise any of these.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change and, where required, we'll notify account holders by email.
